Honk when you see us, Bark when you need us! Woof!

Q: What is your weight restriction?

A: We only groom dogs 55lbs and under. For your dogs safety and for ours.

Q: Can I book an appointment online?

A: No. Because we’re unique in that we come to you. We schedule a window of time to come to you. It’s hard for us to be somewhere at an exact time, as some dogs take longer then others to groom, or run into things that may take us longer to arrive i.e. weather etc... To inquire about appointments, email us or call us!

Q: What are your windows of time and do you let us know when you’re coming?

A: Our windows of time are 9-12, 12-3, 3-6. We arrive anytime in this window. We text or call prior to arriving so you know when we’re in route. Your reminder will say for example if you’re in the 9-12 window, that we will be coming at 9am. Don’t let this throw you off. Please just know that we will be there anytime during this window.

Q: Do you need to hook up to our house or need a hose for water?

A: We have a 50 gallon fresh water tank on the truck and a 50 gallon gray water tank for the dirty water. We have a generator that operates all of our electrical. It’s a fully functional state of the art mobile grooming unit. We can hook up to your house in case of an emergency and have the proper extension cords to do so. We would need 15/30 AMP outlets in order to do so.

Q: My dog has anxiety, will they be in a kennel at all during services?

A: No, your dog will never be placed in a kennel during our services. The great thing about our services is that we come to you, groom your dog, and your dog goes right back in your home. No sitting at the groomers for hours, or sitting in a kennel or getting in a car to go to the groomer. Actually everyone is happy, has less anxiety, less stress. We think quality over quantity is important, and offers a high quality and safe one on one experience for your dog. That is what separates us from a store front grooming salon.

Q: Do you service outside of the West Metro?

A: No, we do not.

Q: I have a puppy, do you do puppy grooms?

A: Yes, we love puppies! We have an intro to puppy grooming package. Your dog must be 12 weeks or older for us to groom them. This is a great way to get them used to getting groomed and touched by others. Plus of course we give lots of puppy love!!

Q: Where do I fill out the new client form?

A: Go to the main page of the website and click on “new client in the upper left corner” (Make sure you write down your username and password), as you’ll need this to access your client account in the future to make any changes or updates to your dogs information. Plus any other info such as an address, email or phone number change.

Q: How do I get back into my client account? I want to upload a photo of my dog and add more information etc..

A: Go the the main page of the website and click on “Login client portal” in the upper left and corner and follow the instructions. Again, you’ll need your username and password to sign in. You may also visit www.pawfinity.com to access this area. Click on pet parent log in, in the upper right corner of the Pawfinity website.

Q: What if I need to cancel or cancel last minute?

A: Please contact us as soon as possible. We require you to cancel 48 hours in advance, or you will be charged a $35 cancellation fee. This will be charged to your card on file, or at your next grooming service. We cannot resell time that has been expressly held and reserved for you. We appreciate your mindfulness of this.

Q: How much are your grooms?

A: Our grooming prices are based on size, breed, and condition of coat at the time of services. As well as any extra add on services requested. We are more expensive then a normal grooming salon, however we come to you as an added convenience this costs more. If you’d like pricing, please contact us directly and we’d be happy to review these with you. It’s not just the convenience, but an experience for your dog. Think less stress, less anxiety, happier dog, happier people, convenience, cage free. No more driving the dog to a grooming salon, no anxiety in the car or a messy stinky car. Our philosophy is patience, kindness and one on one attention. We want this energy to be felt on the truck by the dogs, so it’s a happy and fun experience.

Q: Do you do anal glands?

A: No we don’t do anal glands. I leave that to the experts at the vet office.

Q: Do you do nail trims or dremel nails?

A: Yes, we do both! Dremel is upon request. A pet safe dremel is used to grind down your dogs nails after they’re trimmed. Check out our Just My Paws package at the top of this website for more info on nail trim only services
